Without prejudice to the rights and remedies of the Organiser in respect of any breach of the Event Contract on the part of the Participant; the Organiser may at its discretion allow the Participant to withdraw from the Event subject to the following conditions: a) The Participant must give a written notice to the Organiser that he desires to withdraw.
The Organiser will then notify the Participant as to whether the withdrawal is accepted, and to any conditions of such an acceptance. b) Any such notification by the Organiser to the Participant will constitute a cancellation of the Contract, subject to payment by the Participant to the Organiser, of an amount specified in the notification from the Organiser which is calculated in accordance with Clause 19(c). c) The amount payable under Clause 19(b) will be specified in the Organiser’s notification to the Participant, and will be calculated as a percentage of the total amount payable for use of the Space or Package/Ticket, the exact percentage payable will depend on when the notice of withdrawal was received by the Organiser, in accordance with the table below:
